HCSG, HPS, and RBM announce strategic collaboration to establish an IT Capability Centre in Suriname

Paramaribo, 21st September 2025 Horizons Concepts & Services Group N.V. (Suriname), Haeghe Projects & Services B.V. (Netherlands), and RBM Software Inc. (USA) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to establish a Technology Capability Centre in Paramaribo, Suriname, under the trade name “HRC”. This collaboration marks a significant milestone in positioning Suriname as a regional hub for advanced IT services, business innovation, and global digital transformation.

A Global Collaboration for Local Empowerment

The partnership brings together the complementary strengths of three well-established organizations:

  • HCSG & HPS, with deep roots in Suriname, CARICOM, and the European Union, contribute extensive business networks, project management expertise, and regional industry presence.
  • RBM Software Inc, a global leader in IT solutions headquartered in the United States with centers in Dubai and India, contributes excellence in software engineering, data analytics, IoT, AI/ML, and digital transformation.

HRC will combine local capability with global technology expertise to serve clients across Suriname, CARICOM, LATAM, USA, NL, and India.

The HRC initiative is designed to:

  • Create a pool of highly skilled Surinamese engineers and IT professionals by offering exposure to international projects and cutting-edge technologies.

Looking Ahead

During the formulation phase (2025–2026), the partners will operate under the trade name HRC, jointly pursuing technology and business opportunities including IT staffing, digital solution bids, product development, and managed services. The formal incorporation of the HRC IT Technology Capability Centre is planned for early 2026, establishing Paramaribo as a hub for high-value technology innovation and exportable digital services.
